How to use
How to create a WiFi QR code
Enter the SSID
Type the exact WiFi name as configured in your router. Case-sensitive.
Choose security
Pick WPA/WPA2 for most homes and offices, or Open for password-less networks.
Enter the password
Type the WiFi password. Tick "Hidden network" only if your router hides its SSID.
Download
Download the QR and stick it on a wall, a table card, or the back of a menu.

WiFi QR FAQ
Which phones can scan it?
iPhone (iOS 11+) and most Android phones (Android 9+) scan straight from the camera — no extra app needed.
Is my WiFi password sent to your servers?
No. The QR is built entirely in your browser; we never see your SSID or password.
When should I tick "Hidden network"?
Only when your router has SSID broadcast disabled. Otherwise leave it off.
Does it work on Windows and Mac?
Yes — either scan with an iPhone and choose Join, or install a QR-scanning app on the desktop.
Is WPA3 supported?
Yes. Pick WPA in the Security field — the WiFi QR spec uses WPA as the umbrella type for WPA2/WPA3.
